The location was AMAZING. it was so central to everything. the glass elevators were pretty cool and efficient. it made getting around the large hotel very easy. the taxi valet area simplified transportation. I never waited long for a cab!!!
i found the staff a bit unwelcoming upon arrival. it seemed like those who booked through third parties were treated differently. wifi was not included, and that is ridiculous. i think it should be complimentary considering the price of the rooms.

convenient stay near times square
central location hudson view easy relaxation
i found the location excellent. it was central to many attractions. the room had a lovely view facing the hudson river. i had an easy time relaxing after sightseeing.
The taxi drivers outside were persistent. They made exiting the hotel uncomfortable.

I found the staff to be very customer focused. they accommodated requests quickly. they seemed genuinely helpful. i felt very welcomed by every staff member i encountered. They did a fantastic job.

the hotel offers convenient access to the subway. the m lounge breakfast included endless options. this lounge provided a relaxed environment . the hotel also included shops where i purchased souvenirs at reasonable prices.

good facilities pleasant staff ready employee hotel location
I attended a book event at the hotel. The conference room had good facilities with refreshments and lighting. The staff interactions were pleasant. Each employee had a smile, ready to help guests.
I found the hotel a little dusty. The furnishings seemed overused, particularly the bed linens.
